This session is everything I LOVE about photography and the family a dream! When mom told me she didn’t love the newborn pictures she had done, I wanted to make sure we had plenty of her beautiful baby girl. Mom has great style. She put together great outfits and brought perfect props to tie everything in. Mom and Dad were adorable with lil Payson allowing me to focus on getting great shots. Payson was a doll- absolutely GORGEOUS and had the sweetest disposition. I have many favorites…it was hard to pick which ones to post. I hope you enjoy you sneak peek!
I’ve never posted the same picture in both b&w and color, but I could not decide which one I liked more!
This beautiful Momma and I went to college together. When she told me they were going to be in town for a wedding and wanted to get family pictures I was so excited to see her, meet her adorable family and honored to have the opportunity to capture them during their short visit. You would have never known they were on a long rocky flight a couple hours earlier. Also it was past the kid’s bedtime and they didn’t sleep well the night before….They were absolutely precious and didn’t fuss once. As you can tell by the amount of pictures I posted, there were so many shots I loved! I hope the pictures make you smile and remind you always of this beautiful time in your lives!
For the last week my bff, Tamara, and her two boys stayed with us. We’ve been besties since we were 14 and both have three kids very close in age…her beautiful boys are also 3 and 5 years old, so they would relate and all 4 got along like peas and carrots. Like their moms- I hope they are friends for life and the pictures from this impromptu shoot remind them of the many of the happy memories from their visit! We love you and miss you!
I LOVE returning clients and feel grateful to have the opportunity to capture them as they grow. I adore this sweet family. Their little one was all girl, go, and gusto…she kept me on my toes. I hope you all enjoy your sneak peek!
These are good people. Strong, fun- loving, passionate, kind, down-to-earth people. 250 of Samantha and Andres’s closest friends and family came to celebrate and share in their beautiful day. They had the support of their families- generations of love, who instilled the value of commitment and honoring each other and friends who adored them. It’s as if these two were born for each other. In my early meetings with them, I was amazed at their friendship and how they partnered. I grew to see and feel just how much they loved they each other. The ceremony was centered around their love for God and each other in a simple church with meaningful vows that echoed throughout. I nearly broke down when Andres saw his bride walk through the chapel doors. I feel in love with the ring bearer TJ- he was the first to dance, carried the little sign down the aisle with poise and kept me laughing all day. Sam’s sister/maid of honor could not have been more devoted to ensuring her sister had the most memorable day of her life. The reception was a blast- They had a brilliant musician, band, dj, food for days, champagne and young and old danced the night away. Towards the end of the reception they did a Mexican Marcha. I was amazed watching it- everyone partnered, formed tunnels, rings, laughed, clapped…it was great! I felt honored to be a part of your day and capture moments I hope one day you share with your grandchildren. CONGRATULATIONS Mr. & Mrs. Padilla, may you always find refuge, laughter, and love in each other!
